Srdjan
Srdjan is without question the best climber of montenegro and for sure also the most passionated. When you are climbing in Smokovac you'll will surely meet him there, climbing or route bolting. Some of the best routes are on his account.
Vanja
Vanja is one of the first Montenegrin climbers and is also one of the first route bolters here. He is responsible for many first ascents in Montenegro and is co-founder of the local climbing club (Mali Alpinistički Klub).
Michael
Michael has been climbing all over the world for over 30 years. A few years ago he moved from the Bavarian Alpine foothills to Montenegro and was adopted by the local community.
General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings made via our website or other communication channels. By booking, the customer accepts these GTC.
2. Conclusion of contract The contract is concluded when we confirm the booking. This is done by email. The customer is obliged to check the booking confirmation for accuracy and to inform us immediately of any errors.
3. Prices and payment terms The prices stated are final prices and include all statutory taxes. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required for bookings, the remaining amount is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
4. Cancellation and withdrawal The customer has the right to cancel the booking. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.
5. Customer obligations The customer undertakes to treat the holiday apartments and rental cars with care. The customer is fully liable for any damage or loss. The customer is obliged to inform us immediately of any damage or defects.
6. Liability We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. We accept no liability for damages caused by force majeure or unforeseeable events.
7. Data protection We undertake to protect the customer's personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. The data is used exclusively to process the booking.
8. Final provisions The law of the Republic of Montenegro applies. The place of jurisdiction is Podgorica. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
